Central Asian states are dealing with the outbreak of COVID-19 and bracing for the second “tsunami wave” --the impact of the pandemic on their economies. With borders sealed, supply chain interrupted, prices on natural resources going down, and businesses forced to scale down or close, the unprecedented crisis requires strong and smart policies.
