Join the Russia and Eurasia Program at The Fletcher School at Tufts University for a talk with Igor Makarov of the Higher School of Economics (HSE) in Moscow on the political economy of Russia's climate policy. Igor A. Makarov, Ph.D. in Economics, is head of the School of World Economy at HSE. He also directs the Laboratory for Climate Change Economics and works as a senior research fellow at the Center for Comprehensive European and International Studies at HSE. He is now a visiting scholar at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University. Makarov’s research interests cover climate change economics and policy, international political economy, and globalization.
