Join the Fletcher Eurasia Club at Tufts University's Fletcher School for a lunch conversation with Mikhail Minakov about the Eastern Partnership initiative and the political environment of Eastern European countries after the fall of the Soviet Union. Attendance is by registration only on Eventbrite. Lunch will be provided.

Mikhail Minakov is a senior advisor on Ukraine at the Kennan Institute of the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and editor-in-chief of "Focus Ukraine", the Kennan Institute’s Ukraine-focused blog. He is also editor-in-chief of the "Ideology and Politics Journal"He earned his master of arts degree in philosophy from the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and defended his doctoral dissertation at the Kyiv Institute of Philosophy in 2007. For 18 years, Mikhail taught at the department of philosophy and religious studies of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in Ukraine. His main interests are political modernization in Eastern Europe, theories and practices of revolutions, political imagination and ideologies.
