Join the Wilson Center for a talk with Sergei Guriev on the political economy of reforms in regions served by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). Economic convergence between lower- and higher-income economies in the European neighborhood requires further structural reforms. Guriev, chief economist of the EBRD, will discuss this issue as well as the current economic situation for specific countries in transition. RSVP is required.
