Join the Fletcher School at Tufts University for a talk with Mark Ward on the promising yet failed experiment to work with Russia to improve aid deliveries to besieged Syrian communities, and his concerns about Syria’s future. Light breakfast will be available. Mr. Ward is a retired U.S. diplomat who spent four years on the Turkish-Syrian border managing U.S. aid for the Syrian Opposition. He also spent 18 months in Geneva co-chairing a task force with Russia to improve humanitarian access inside Syria.
