Join Columbia's Harriman Institute for an online talk with a number of experts and reporters on the COVID-19 outbreak in Russia. The Covid-19 pandemic has swept across the world with alarming speed, but impact and reactions have varied tremendously across countries. The panel, which includes two Moscow Times reporters who have been covering the pandemic, will assess the impact COVID-19 has had on Russian society, including vulnerable populations, as well as Russian politics.
