Join the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI) for an online talk with Clint Watts on election interference in the 2016 election and potential interference in the 2020 election.

One of the first analysts to sound the alarm in 2016 about Russian attempts to influence the 2020 election and sow divisions within the American polity, Clint Watts launched the FIE 2020 project to study the influence of foreign actors (namely, Russia, China and Iran) in the 2020 election.  A Distinguished Research Fellow at FPRI and a national security analyst for NBC, Watts will discuss the results of the FIE 2020 project and the implications for the upcoming election.  Watts is also the author of "Messing with the Enemy: Surviving in a Social Media World of Hackers, Terrorists, Russians and Fake News," the story of his cutting edge research on the online behavior of various actors from jihadis to Russian trolls.

Registration is required; information can be found on the event page.
