During this time of uncertainty in relations between the United States and its allies abroad, the Right Honourable Baroness Catherine Ashton will present a lecture on the major challenges and opportunities facing the transatlantic alliance. She will focus in particular on the issue of Russia, and how different countries within the transatlantic community vary in their opinion and approach toward Russia. Can the transatlantic community can keep a united front – either in sustaining pressure on Russia or in agreeing on how to start re-engaging with Russia?
