Kathryn Graber will speak on her work, "Big Noses, Angry Babushki, Mixed Messages: Racialized Expectations of Linguistic and Cultural Performance in Asian Russia," and Olga Ulturgasheva will present her piece: "Gender Articulations from Decolonial Indigenous Perspectives in the Russian and American Arctic."
