Join the Wilson Center's Kennan Institute for a panel discussion about the role and views of the OSCE in the West and in Russia. RSVP here.

The current level of tension between Russia and the West has led many experts to look to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe for solutions. In a new publication, the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung has asked experts from 14 member states, including Russia and the United States, to assess the perception of the OSCE in their countries. The panelists will discuss the conclusions of this report and the importance of continued cooperative security in the future.

Speakers:

Matthew Rojansky, Director, Kennan Institute

Reinhard Krumm, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung

Kyle Parker, Chief of Staff of the U.S. Helsinki Commission

Oleksiy Semeniy, Director, Institute for Global Transformations
